Service Description
This exclusive Puppy School course is delivered by The Dog Play Co. in collaboration with Puppy Training Expert Laura Clarke of Schooling Skye. Designed for puppies aged 12–24 weeks, this 6-week course focuses on building strong foundations through kind, reward-based training at a crucial developmental stage. Sessions are carefully structured to support confidence, calm behaviour, and essential life skills in a safe, supportive setting. With small, carefully managed groups, each puppy receives individual attention while learning alongside others in a controlled and positive environment. Training covers key skills such as basic cues, lead skills, recall foundations, appropriate socialisation, and guidance on common puppy challenges including biting, jumping up, and settling at home. This course is designed for puppies at a crucial developmental stage, helping owners build a strong bond and set their puppy up for long-term success. Limited spaces available to ensure the highest quality experience for both puppies and owners.

Cancellation Policy
Puppy School Terms & Conditions By booking a place at Puppy School, you agree to the following terms. Bookings & Payment All classes must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Cancellations, Missed Classes & Refunds Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a credit at our discretion. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. Missed classes for any reason cannot be refunded or rescheduled. No refunds are issued once a course has started. If we cancel a session and cannot reschedule, a refund or credit will be provided for unused sessions. Puppy Eligibility & Health Puppies must meet the stated age and vaccination requirements or have veterinary approval. Puppies must be free from contagious illness. We reserve the right to refuse entry to protect the safety and welfare of all attendees. Safety, Risk & Insurance Puppy training involves interaction with dogs and people and carries inherent risks. Attendance is at your own risk. Owners are responsible for supervising and controlling their puppy at all times. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund. We hold appropriate public liability insurance; however, we are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence. Any veterinary or medical costs remain the responsibility of the owner. Weather, Lateness & Changes All sessions will take place outdoors and will proceed in most weather conditions unless unsafe. Late arrivals may miss content and sessions will not be extended. We reserve the right to change instructors, venues, or class content where necessary. Loss, Escape & Media Owners must ensure dogs are securely handled at all times. We are not liable for loss or escape unless due to negligence. Photos or videos may be taken for training or promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the course begins. Please inform your trainer if you do not wish for you or your puppy to be photographed as they may be used in social media.
