Cancellation Policy
For cancellations we require atleast 24 hours notice prior to start date/time of the event. We aim to provide a fun, playful and safe activity. Due to the nature of the animals, we are unable to take responsibility to any injury that they may receive. We hold the right to cancel at short notice if there are adverse weather conditions that may affect the activity. In this circumstance, the opportunity to book on to another event will be provided.
